How long does it take to ship my order?

All items are made-to-order by hand and take 2-3 business days to process before being shipped from our studio in Oregon. Single items are shipped in 100% compostable plastic-free padded mailers. Every item comes in a kraft gift box with cotton padding. Orders with more than one item come in recyclable packaging.

Do you offer International shipping?

We only offer shipping within the United States on this website.

We do offer International shipping only in our Etsy store.

How do I care for my wooden jewelry?

Due to the handmade nature of our wooden jewelry, store in a safe place, avoid rough handling, and avoid exposure to water. If your jewelry becomes dirty, you can gently wipe clean with a microfiber cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight to keep your jewelry looking its absolute best.

What kind of wood do you use?

Cherry Wood Grain

All items are made with high-quality, American-sourced cherry wood. Cherry is sustainable, lightweight, and strong, making it ideal for jewelry.

The wood tone and grain may vary from the photograph due to natural (and desirable!) variations in the wood.

Cherry's smooth grain makes it perfect for laser-etching and painting. Your earrings will gradually darken as they are exposed to light, adding a beautiful touch over time.

How do you seal the paint?

All paint is sealed with a non-toxic, oil-based enamel which protects the paint from fading and chipping. The varnish has a slightly shiny satin finish which makes the colors more vibrant. The backs are unfinished cherry wood with a beautiful warm grain.

Will my jewelry look exactly like the pictures?

Each piece of jewelry is painted by hand so no two are exactly alike. We try to photograph and color-correct so that each piece represented as true-to-life as possible. Please allow for small variations in color and tiny imperfections which are a sign of any hand-made item and make each piece one-of-a-kind.
