RETURNS & EXCHANGES

+ How can I return or exchange something?

I hope you love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right for you, I'll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping which will be deducted from the refund amount. I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to complete a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the returned product.  

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please consider insuring your return for the price of the item – we are not responsible for lost packages.

If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

+ What happens if my item arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item in order to receive a replacement or refund on your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
