Commissions Process
- Contact us to request a custom item.
- We'll follow up with you to create an estimate.
- If you want to proceed, we will send you a link to purchase your custom listing.
- We'll create a digital sketch of your design to review. You'll get 2 revisions to approve the sketch.
- Once approved, your item will go to production where we laser cut, paint, and assemble in our studio in Oregon.
- Your item ships out!
Terms
Custom orders are not eligible for discounts. All commissioned designs are owned by Fresh Cuttery and may be sold as part of our collection. After a digital sketch is approved, painting is up to artist discretion and no additional modifications can be made. Additional revisions beyond two are $15 per revision and will delay your order processing time. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns on custom items.
