These cute and spooky flying bat earrings are a whimsical and macabre statement set for the Halloween season and lovers of this nocturnal creature! These original earrings are digitally illustrated and laser-etched on cherry wood and delicately hand-painted in shades of blue, black, beige, and magenta with shading on the wings and body that give them dimension. The bats hang from a cable chain which creates a pleasing triangular hang. Super lightweight and unique, these are the perfect accessory for Halloween and make a great gift for a loved one.
Choose with or without a Bead: The bead option includes an opaque black Czech glass teardrop bead with an iridescent twilight finish in blue and purple.

How long does it take to ship my order?
All items are made-to-order by hand and take 2-3 business days to process before being shipped from my studio in Oregon. Please remember this doesn’t include shipping time, which will vary by destination and the shipping method you choose at check out.
Single items are shipped in 100% recycled, FSC-certified, compostable and recyclable plastic-free paper padded mailers. Every item comes in a kraft gift box with cotton padding. Orders with more than one item come in recyclable plastic-free packaging.
Do you offer International shipping?
I currently only offer shipping within the United States on this site. I also offer shipping to Canada in my Etsy Store.

Can I add gift wrap?
How do I care for my wooden jewelry?
Due to the handmade nature of my wooden jewelry, store in a safe place, avoid rough handling, and avoid exposure to water. If your jewelry becomes dirty, you can gently wipe clean with a microfiber cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight to keep your jewelry looking its absolute best.
What kind of wood do you use?
All items are made with high-quality, American-sourced cherry wood. Cherry is sustainable, lightweight, and strong, making it ideal for jewelry.
The wood tone and grain may vary from the photograph due to natural (and desirable!) variations in the wood.
Cherry's smooth grain makes it perfect for laser-etching and painting. Natural cherry tone will gradually darken when exposed to light, adding a beautiful touch over time.
How do you seal the paint?

Will my jewelry look exactly like the pictures?
Each piece of jewelry is painted by hand so no two are exactly alike. I try to photograph and color-correct so that each piece represented as true-to-life as possible. Please allow for small variations in color and tiny imperfections which are a sign of any hand-made item and make each piece one-of-a-kind.
Can I change the hardware on a listing?
If you have sensitive ears or don't wear a specific style of hardware, I can accommodate some hardware swaps. Here are the options kept in stock:
